Thokozani Moyo is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in the tourism industry, strengthened by her academic background in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Johannesburg. She gained valuable hands-on experience through the 2025 Tourplan learnership program, where she developed key customer service skills. Thokozani’s passion for creating exceptional client experiences and her practical understanding of the industry make her a well-rounded addition to the team.

She strives to bring a client-focused approach and deliver meaningful value to both the team and the clients.

Outside of work, Thokozani enjoys spending her time baking and crocheting, hobbies that allow her to express creativity and unwind

With a solid foundation in financial accounting, budgeting, and auditing, he gained hands-on experience in system setup, product management, booking administration, and financial operations during his learnership at Tourplan.

Matsatsi is dedicated to delivering efficient solutions, enhancing user experience, and supporting seamless system operations.

Outside the office, you will find him playing soccer, solving puzzles, enjoying strategy games, and reading, learning new skills, exploring technology, and spending quality time with his family.

Tourplan Africa is excited to welcome Siyabonga Ngomane as our new Implementation Experience Specialist 🎉

Siyabonga brings energy, fresh ideas, and hands-on experience from the Tourplan Learnership Program, where he gained expertise in FIT and Group bookings, product loading, and system maintenance. He also holds a degree and Honours in Tourism and Hospitality Development, giving him a solid mix of practical and academic know-how.

Passionate about travel, learning, and collaboration, Siyabonga is all about making an impact and growing alongside the team. He loves tackling new projects, finding creative solutions, and supporting the team wherever he can.

In his free time you will catch him travelling, discovering exciting new experiences, and gaming.

Sisanda’s passion for tourism began in high school and led her to earn a Diploma in Tourism Management from Tshwane University of Technology. In 2025, she joined the Tourplan Learnership Program, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing strong skills in tourism operations. Sisanda is excited to bring her curiosity, dedication, and collaborative spirit to help deliver exceptional results for Tourplan and its clients.

We are pleased to welcome Evelyn Guevara Nava to Tourplan Americas in the role of Senior Commercial & Development Business Executive!

With over ten years of experience in the tourism sector, Evelyn has specialised in processes and digitalisation, and today she enthusiastically takes on the challenge of driving the digital transformation of Tourplan’s clients in Latin America.

In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks and watching movies.

Tourplan, the leading software provider for tour operators and destination management companies, today announced the appointment of Klaudija Janzelj as Regional General Manager, Europe.

Klaudija brings close to 20 years of experience in tourism and technology, with senior roles at Urban Adventures, Intrepid and TUI. She has collaborated with global brands including Amazon, The New York Times, and Google, delivering product innovation and strategic growth initiatives across international markets.

In addition to her executive career, Klaudija contributes to the industry as a special advisor at Women in Travel CIC, where she supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also mentors tourism entrepreneurs and tour guides, reflecting her strong commitment to fostering talent and innovation within the sector.

Pedro Guzman will now be focusing on Product Management across Latin America. Having been with Tourplan for over a decade, Pedro is a familiar face to many of our clients and brings a deep understanding of the region and its unique needs.

In this new role, Pedro will play a key role in shaping how we respond to evolving market trends, specific client requirements, and the diverse needs of users throughout Latin America. Pedro will also continue to support a number of important initiatives, including Tourplan NX version updates, local connectivity, documentation, and webinars.

We are thrilled to see Pedro step into this role and look forward to the continued value and innovation he brings to our clients and our team.

Kelly’s deep understanding of both tourism and travel technology will be an asset to our clients across Asia.

Tourplan is happy to welcome Daniel Annear to Tourplan, in the role of Business Systems Manager!

With experience in IT services and systems management across both private and public sectors, Daniel brings deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation.

Most recently, Daniel led the technology stream for a large-scale system migration project within local government. Prior to that, he spent seven years in the public sector, where he was part of a dedicated tech team responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of systems across the organisation.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Daniel swimming, mountain biking, gardening, or tinkering with tech in his home office.
