Lindiwe brings a deep passion for tourism, technology, and delivering exceptional customer service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Development and Management from the University of Johannesburg.

Lindiwe started her journey with Tourplan in 2024, when she joined our learnership program to gain hands-on tourism industry work experience.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lindiwe has been actively involved in community service, which taught her the value of making meaningful connections and creating a positive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, tasting different cuisines, and immersing herself in African music.

Meet Kenneth Tsokeli who has joined Tourplan Africa in the role of Customer Experience Specialist!

Kenneth’s journey with Tourplan began in 2024 when he joined our Learnership Program, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the tourism industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management & Development, along with his learnership and service industry experience, Kenneth is set to bring great value to our clients across Africa.

Outside of work, he stays active with regular exercise to support both his physical and mental well-being. He’s also a big fan of live music, food, and travel—whether attending concerts with friends or exploring new restaurants.

Kego brings a strong background in customer service and operations, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Operations & Tourism Management and hands-on experience across various hotel departments.

After successfully completing the 2024 Learnership Program, Kego embraced the exciting opportunity to join Tourplan Africa as our CSR Trainer—where she’ll be helping our next intake of learners to shape their skills and work experience in the tourism sector.

Outside of work, she loves exploring new cuisines, staying active, and going on thrilling hikes to discover new places. Kego is always up for an adventure—whether it’s trying a unique dish or conquering a new trail!

With 20 years of experience in management roles within tour operators and destination management companies (DMCs), across multi-office and global teams
Simon’s deep industry knowledge and expertise is a real asset to the team, and our clients throughout Europe.

Based in London, Simon enjoys spending his free time with his family.

We are delighted to welcome Erick Faerron, who recently joined Tourplan Americas in the role of Technical Support Specialist

Erick has over 12 years of experience in the tourism industry, working with both local and global tourism companies. His knowledge of the Americas and Asia market will be a real asset to our team. Passionate about technology and tourism, Erick also has a commitment to process development for continuous improvement.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and fluency in Mandarin, Japanese (JLPT N2), English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Chia Chin brings a blend of technical expertise and multilingual skills to the team.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new interests and expanding her knowledge.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, specialising in Business Information Systems, and a Level N2 certification in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), Kaze is well-equipped to support our Japanese clients with his expertise and multilingual skills.

Outside of work, Kaze enjoys Cyalume dancing, exploring Japanese culture, and attending ACG events.
