Offices
Our head office is in Christchurch, New Zealand and we have offices, support and training staff in Kuala Lumpur, Johannesburg, San Jose (Costa Rica) and London.
The Christchurch office is responsible for the on-going maintenance and development of the Tourplan software package. Each of the other offices markets Tourplan in their region and provides clients with a full range of installation, training, support and consultancy services.
For example the Tourplan Asia office located in Kuala Lumpur services clients in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Brunei. Back-up support and resources are provided by the Tourplan Pacific office in Christchurch.
Due to Tourplan's specialisation within the tour operator market, our clients all share a similar profile i.e. All clients are tour operators as opposed to airlines, hoteliers or retail travel agents. Tourplan clients are predominantly inbound tour operators or domestic tour operators.
