    Chrysand joined Tourplan in 2003 as a Trainer, leveraging a strong background in the travel and tourism industry. Over time, she transitioned to managing the Central Helpdesk and now leads the Sales and Marketing division. With 20 years of hands-on experience in Tourplan system implementation for Tour Operators and DMCs in Southeast Asia, East Asia, and South Asia, Chrysand brings extensive expertise to her role. Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Bahasa Melayu, she has a passion for finding the right solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

    Regional Director Latin America
    Stephanie joined the team in 2022 as Regional Director of Tourplan Latin America. With an MBA and a degree in Tourism, over 14 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry combined with her passion for relationship building has been instrumental in the growth and development of Tourplan in LATAM. Stephanie leads a highly experienced team who deliver exceptional customer service to Tour Operators throughout South and Central America.

    Regional Head Tourplan Asia
    Steven started in the travel industry in 1992, as the IT Manager for a key Tour Operator in Asia. Steven joined the team in 1996 and went on to spearhead the establishment of the Tourplan office in Kuala Lumpur. As Regional Head of Tourplan Asia, Steven and his highly capable team has an extensive list of clients in 12 countries across South East Asia. His team is also responsible for operating the global Central Helpdesk service.

    Managing Director Tourplan Africa
    Leigh joined the team in 1995 and took on the Tourplan Africa leadership role as Managing Director in 1998. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Information Systems combined with his extensive leadership and management experience, he has expanded the Tourplan operation in Africa significantly. Leigh and his highly capable team have a far-reaching list of Tour Operator and Destination Management Company clients throughout South, Central, and East Africa, and the Indian Ocean Islands.

    Stan joined the team in 2014 and took on the Tourplan Europe role as Managing Director in 2015. With a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, combined with his comprehensive travel and tourism industry experience, and his background in IT, Tourplan support, operations management, and administration, Stan and his expert team have gone on to lead significant growth and expansion throughout the UK, Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East.

    Paul joined the team in 2004 and took on the Tourplan Pacific leadership role as General Manager in 2015. With a Bachelor of Commerce in IT, combined with his extensive Tourplan system and technical support experience and his in-depth background in operations and customer relationship management, Paul and his highly capable team have achieved significant growth and success for Tour Operators and DMCs in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and North America.

    Currently serving as CEO, Craig brings over three decades of expertise in the travel and tourism technology industry, supported by a commerce degree. Since joining Tourplan in 1991, Craig's in-depth understanding of Tourplan solutions and travel technology has been instrumental in driving our growth.

    In his capacity as CEO and a board member, Craig steers Tourplan's global strategy, emphasising the cultivation of vital client relationships, team ethos and collaboration, and a commitment to pioneering technological advancements within the tourism sector.

    John embarked on his journey with Tourplan in 1987, bringing with him a strong technical background and a forward-thinking mindset. His MBA specialisation in the influence of the internet on tourism distribution channels positioned him as a pioneer in understanding the evolving landscape of our industry.

    As the Chief Technology Officer and a board member, John plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction by spearheading our product development initiatives, and ensuring that Tourplan remains at the forefront of innovation.

    Founded in 1986 by Peter Trumic, Tourplan has grown remarkably through his 35-year tenure as CEO. His commitment to fostering client relationships, coupled with a consistent drive for technological innovation, has led the organisation to establish offices on 5 continents. Peter's vision has cultivated a team of 80 Tourplan experts worldwide, dedicated to advancing technology within the tourism industry.

    Peter currently holds the role of Executive Director, concentrating on strategic project delivery and maintaining an active position on the board of directors.

    Mark joined Tourplan in 2019 as the independent Board Chair. With a strong technology background, he specialises in devising growth strategies to maximise global market opportunities. His international living and work experience brings a valuable global perspective to Tourplan.

    Phillipa holds degrees in education and art and taught at college level for nine years. Her paintings have gained traction among collectors in New Zealand and abroad. With extensive global travel experience, Phillipa contributes her expertise in human, social, and environmental development to the Tourplan group.
