Esdras is a solution-finder with a passion for excellent customer service delivery.

    With over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, having worked for DMCs, sporting event organisers and a global accommodation wholesaler, Marta joined the Tourplan team in 2019. Fluent in Polish, Spanish, and English, she is passionate about tourism and tailoring bespoke Tour Operator software solutions and DMC tools for small, medium, and large clients throughout Europe and North Africa.

    Thulani joined the Tourplan team in 2016, with 11 years’ experience gained during his Senior Management tenure at a leading South African Tour Operator. Fluent in English and Zulu, he is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and expert Tourplan advice to clients in the travel and tourism industry in South, Central, and East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

He is passionate about the travel and tourism industry, delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert Tourplan advice to Tour Operators and DMCs in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and North America.

    Regional Head Tourplan Asia
    Steven started in the travel industry in 1992, as the IT Manager for a key Tour Operator in Asia. Steven joined the team in 1996 and went on to spearhead the establishment of the Tourplan office in Kuala Lumpur. As Regional Head of Tourplan Asia, Steven and his highly capable team has an extensive list of clients in 12 countries across South East Asia. His team is also responsible for operating the global Central Helpdesk service.

    Managing Director Tourplan Africa
    Leigh joined the team in 1995 and took on the Tourplan Africa leadership role as Managing Director in 1998. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Information Systems combined with his extensive leadership and management experience, he has expanded the Tourplan operation in Africa significantly.
    Leigh and his highly capable team have a far-reaching list of Tour Operator and Destination Management Company clients throughout South, Central, and East Africa, and the Indian Ocean Islands.

    Stan joined the team in 2014 and took on the Tourplan Europe role as Managing Director in 2015. With a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, combined with his comprehensive travel and tourism industry experience, and his background in IT, Tourplan support, operations management, and administration, Stan and his expert team have gone on to lead significant growth and expansion throughout the UK, Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East.

    Paul joined the team in 2004 and took on the Tourplan Pacific leadership role as General Manager in 2015. With a Bachelor of Commerce in IT, combined with his extensive Tourplan system and technical support experience and his in-depth background in operations and customer relationship management, Paul and his highly capable team have achieved significant growth and success for Tour Operators and DMCs in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and North America.

    Tourplan was founded in 1986 by Peter Trumic, our current CEO. Peter travels the world, learning the industry, developing relationships with clients, and building the organisation of five offices and 80 people that make up today's Tourplan team of experts. Peter has a Master's degree with honours in Computer Science, and is a member of the board.

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
    John joined Tourplan in 1987. His MBA focused on the impact of the web on tourism distribution channels. He has an intimate knowledge of the Tourplan product range, and is continually looking to assist clients to enhance their business processes through technology. John is a Tourplan Group director and board member, and manages global product development.

    Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
    Craig has a degree in commerce alongside 30 years' experience in the travel technology industry spanning 5 continents. He plays a pivotal role in Tourplan's regional office infrastructure and relationships with strategic clients and partners. Craig is a Tourplan Group director and board member, and has global oversight of sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship management.

    Mark joined Tourplan in 2019 as the independent Board Chair. With an extensive technology background, Mark enjoys developing growth strategies that maximise global market opportunities. Having lived and worked internationally for a number of years Mark brings a global view to our business.
    Phillipa Trumic

    Phillipa holds degrees in education and art, has taught at college level for 9 years, and has a growing number of followers which has seen her paintings sought by collectors throughout New Zealand and overseas. Phillipa has travelled the world extensively, and brings her experience in human, social and environmental development to the Tourplan group.
