    After a career guiding tourists down Costa Rica's rivers, Esdras joined Tourplan in 2005 - initially as a training and support consultant. With extensive knowledge gained over 20 years in the industry, Esdras now heads up Tourplan's sales and marketing in Central and South America. Fluent in Spanish and English, Esdras's passion is understanding in detail the issues prospective clients are having, and providing solutions that address their needs. Esdras has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Tourplan Latin America - now with over 85 clients across 14 countries.
    When not at work, Esdras is typically on another outdoor adventure trip somewhere with his wife, daughter, and friends.

    Growing up in communist Poland, Marta always wanted to travel freely, explore and meet people from other cultures. A career in travel beckoned, and over the last 20 years Marta has worked for DMCs, sporting event organisers, and a global accommodation wholesaler. Joining Tourplan in 2019, Marta's extensive travel industry experience enables her to easily connect with and understand the needs of tour operators and DMCs. Marta enjoys nothing more than discussing 'daily business life' with prospective clients, and tailoring Tourplan solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    Marta has a Master of Arts degree, and is fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish. In her spare time Marta is either exploring new places or planning new adventures.

    Southern and East Africa
    Thulani's passion for sales started in his teens, selling ice cream around his community. An appetite for travel led to 11 years working for leading South African tour operators in product management and sales roles. Thulani joined Tourplan Southern Africa in 2016, and has driven significant market growth in South and East Africa, helping both small and large travel companies to increase sales and improve efficiencies with Tourplan software.
    When not helping new clients at work, Thulani is often found out running and traveling around Africa. Thulani is fluent in English and Zulu, and is regularly trying to teach our other Tourplan sales managers the nuances of speaking Zulu!
    Mark Sadler

    Growing up in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) New Zealand, Mark has over 20 years’ experience selling and supporting software, hardware, and technology solutions across New Zealand and Australia. He is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and helping them to grow their businesses and achieving success with fit-for-purpose solutions. Outside of Tourplan, Mark is current studying te reo Māori and is often outdoors camping with family and friends, swimming or traveling locally and globally, whenever possible.

    Steven started in the travel industry in 1992 as IT Manager for a cornerstone Tourplan client, Mayflower Acme Tours. Steven eventually spearheaded the establishment of Tourplan Asia. Steven's team now looks after clients in 12 countries across South East Asia as well as operating the Tourplan Central Helpdesk service.

    Leigh has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Information Systems. He joined Tourplan in 1995, heading the Tourplan Africa office since 1998. Under Leigh's guidance the office has expanded operations throughout Southern and Eastern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

    Managing Director Tourplan Europe
    Stanislav (Stan) Kozar graduated from the University of Economics in Kosice Slovakia in 2003. He worked for Tourplan's London office as a support consultant in between roles with inbound tour operators spanning accounts, IT, operations and administration. Stan became part of the global senior Tourplan management team and managing director of the UK office in 2014.

    After graduating with a Commerce degree Paul worked in the finance sector in Ireland and the UK. He subsequently held roles in the New Zealand Tourplan office including global technical support. Paul was appointed General Manager of Tourplan Pacific and member of the global senior management team in 2015.

    Tourplan was founded in 1986 by Peter Trumic, our current CEO. Peter travels the world, learning the industry, developing relationships with clients, and building the organisation of five offices and 80 people that make up today's Tourplan team of experts. Peter has a Master's degree with honours in Computer Science, and is a member of the board.

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
    John joined Tourplan in 1987. His MBA focused on the impact of the web on tourism distribution channels. He has an intimate knowledge of the Tourplan product range, and is continually looking to assist clients to enhance their business processes through technology. John is a Tourplan Group director and board member, and manages global product development.

    Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
    Craig has a degree in commerce alongside 30 years' experience in the travel technology industry spanning 5 continents. He plays a pivotal role in Tourplan's regional office infrastructure and relationships with strategic clients and partners. Craig is a Tourplan Group director and board member, and has global oversight of sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship management.

    Mark joined Tourplan in 2019 as the independent Board Chair. With an extensive technology background, Mark enjoys developing growth strategies that maximise global market opportunities. Having lived and worked internationally for a number of years Mark brings a global view to our business.
    Phillipa Trumic

    Phillipa holds degrees in education and art, has taught at college level for 9 years, and has a growing number of followers which has seen her paintings sought by collectors throughout New Zealand and overseas. Phillipa has travelled the world extensively, and brings her experience in human, social and environmental development to the Tourplan group.
