accountConnect

Connecting financial applications, including the likes of government e-billing systems, is becoming commonplace globally. The new accountConnect API provides access to accounts receivable and payable transactions enabling tour operators and DMCs the ability to quickly and seamlessly connect with external e-billing and other financial systems.

Multiple Connections

Hotel suppliers are now often available from multiple distribution channels such as channel managers, bed banks and GDSs (external supplier systems). Another feature of NX Version 2.5 is the “Multiple Connections” capability, which enables operators to map the same hotel from multiple external supplier connections to a single Tourplan NX hotel. This enhancement streamlines supplier management and simplifies booking and accounting processes.

Email Import

Large volumes of email comms related to bookings can be overwhelming. Tourplan NX 2.5 automatically imports emails directly into the system and links them to the relevant bookings. Operators can now view, track, and respond to all booking-related emails within the reservation software, allowing for better organisation and improved customer response times.
