Kim will oversee the entire client journey and client experience for our global business. With a strong background in building successful client relationships, alongside extensive wholesale and retail travel industry experience at management level, Kim brings an exciting new dimension to our senior executive group.

Pedro’s journey led him to Tourplan six years ago, and we are now thrilled to have him as part of our Latin America team.
