Tourplan, the leading software provider for tour operators and destination management companies , today announced the appointment of Eduard Liebenberger as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), marking an important new chapter in the company’s technology leadership.

Eduard brings over 25 years of international technology leadership to Tourplan, having led large-scale digital transformations and product engineering teams across New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Austria. With a career spanning senior roles at Jade Software (New Zealand), William Hill (UK/Gibraltar), and most recently as CTO at Streamliners, Eduard has a proven track record of delivering high-impact digital transformation initiatives while maintaining a performance-focused, “can-do” innovation culture.

Grant brings a strong background in business development, project management, and building strategic relationships with clients and partners. He is passionate about connecting with people and creating positive outcomes for clients and colleagues alike. He is driven by continuous improvement and takes pride in contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with family and close friends, as well as travelling both locally and internationally to experience the beauty the world has to offer. He is also passionate about personal and professional growth, often reading and learning from others’ achievements.

With her experience in customer service and administration, Natalia is passionate about supporting team success and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

In her role, Mary works closely with tour operators and DMCs across East Africa, combining deep regional market knowledge with a consultative sales approach. Klaudija brings close to 20 years of experience in tourism and technology, with senior roles at Urban Adventures, Intrepid and TUI. She has collaborated with global brands including Amazon, The New York Times, and Google, delivering product innovation and strategic growth initiatives across international markets.

In addition to her executive career, Klaudija contributes to the industry as a special advisor at Women in Travel CIC, where she supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also mentors tourism entrepreneurs and tour guides, reflecting her strong commitment to fostering talent and innovation within the sector.
